Their terrible system is turned off due to a bad signal and they charge double, they say they are going to reverse it and that is not the case. I have been trying to solve the duplicate charge due to the inefficiency of this pharmacy in the bank for almost 2 months thanks to the fact that they charged me what they should have canceled because their system turns off at the moment the ticket should be issued, how convenient.
Pay with cash or go to another branch so the same thing doesn't happen to you!!!!
Good assortment and service. We just have to improve the home service *urgently*. It is worth mentioning that the evening shift delivery drivers did an excellent job. Pity about one of the morning. Very rude and haughty, he comes to deliver the medicine expecting it to be opened immediately. And the other point is because many times at the same time they cancel the delivery of the order that had been confirmed and do not even notify the call center. Because it is the health sector, a little more kindness is expected from certain staff. It involves the lives of our loved ones or even our own.
